Assembly Operator

You will be responsible for assembling components and parts into finished products according to detailed specifications, blueprints, or work orders. This includes using hand tools, power tools, and machines to ensure high-quality standards are met. Regular inspection of components and finished products is required to identify and resolve any assembly issues or defects. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is crucial, in addition to following safety protocols and company policies. Collaboration with team members to meet production targets is essential, as well as keeping accurate records of work completed. Basic machine maintenance and reporting equipment malfunctions are part of the job responsibilities. As an Assembly Operator, you should have an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Certification or equivalent technical qualification. While previous experience in an assembly line or manufacturing environment is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Key skills needed for this role include a good understanding of assembly processes, tools, and equipment, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings, and a strong attention to detail and quality control. Effective communication, both within the team and externally, is important for successful performance. Physical stamina is required for lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. This is a full-time position based in Udyog Vihar Phase 4, Gurgaon with a day shift schedule.
