You are a skilled and dedicated Assembly Fitter needed to join the team at AMRUT BROTHERS MACHINERY PVT. LTD. | ALLPLAST. Your primary responsibility will be assembling mechanical components and machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining safety practices on the shop floor. Working closely with other team members is essential to ensure smooth production processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Assemble mechanical parts and components based on engineering drawings and specifications. - Install and fit components such as gears, pumps, valves, and other machinery components. - Test and troubleshoot assemblies to ensure proper function. - Use hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments to assemble and adjust machinery. - Interpret technical blueprints and schematics to determine assembly procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas for safety and efficiency. - Report any defects, malfunctions, or quality control issues to supervisors or management. - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards consistently. - Assist in maintaining inventory of parts and materials needed for assembly. - Perform other related tasks as required by the supervisor or management. **Qualifications Required** - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in mechanical assembly is a plus. - Proven experience as an assembly fitter or in a similar role in manufacturing or machinery assembly. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and assembly techniques. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. - Good physical condition and ability to work in a factory environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,
