Asscociate/Senior Associate - Finance and Accounting

As an Associate/Senior Associate in Finance and Accounts at Avega Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements. - Review and filing of statutory compliances like GST, TDS and Income tax. - Perform Intercompany reconciliation. - Handling of Audit and finalisation. - Handle queries from various stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to agreements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Education: - B Com/M Com with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience or - CMA Inter with 1-2 years of relevant experience or - CA Article ship completed. - Skill Sets: - Advance knowledge from accounting to Finalization of Accounts. - Basic working knowledge in reporting and statutory compliances like direct & indirect taxes. - Ability to read and understand various documents including financials. - Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. - Good communication skills. - Team Management Skills and willingness to monitor and mentor other staff. - Hands-on experience with TALLY and MS office.,
