• Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage high-value individual (Resident & NRI) and business clients.

  • Increase liability book and investment AUM through deepening existing relationships and new client acquisition.

  • Drive revenue by cross-selling business banking & wealth products (Trade Forex, Insurance, Investments, Retail Assets, etc.).

  • Provide portfolio reviews, financial planning, and tailored wealth management solutions.

  • Collaborate with product specialists for comprehensive client engagement.

  • Ensure compliance, quality documentation, and superior client servicing.

  • Deliver 360 client ownership by maximizing product penetration.

  Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience as Relationship Manager OR 6+ years for Senior RM.

  • Proven expertise in Business Banking / Wealth Management (Bank/NBFC/Broking).

  • Strong client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-selling skills.

  • Excellent communication and financial advisory capabilities.
