Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Management Information Systems (MIS) Manager. The MIS Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's information systems, overseeing data analytics, and ensuring the integration of finance and IT systems. Key Responsibility: 1. MIS Strategy & Implementation Design and implement effective MIS frameworks Align MIS with organizational KPIs and government reporting requirements (basis the projects) Ensure real-time data capturing from training centers 2. Data Management & Analysis Collect, validate, update and analyze data–enrollments, assessments, certifications, placements Develop & Maintain trackers / dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, or MIS software Identify trends, gaps, and insights for improving project effectiveness 3. Team Management & Capacity Building Timely and accurate data management Conduct training for internal teams and training partners on MIS protocols and tools 4. Compliance & Reporting Ensure data reporting as per guidelines of the project Monitor adherence to SOPs related to data entry, privacy, and quality assurance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports in MS word / PPT / other tools 5. Tech Integration & Innovation Coordinate for ERP implementation Key Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and MIS tools, MS Office Strong analytical and data visualization skills Good understanding of skilling ecosystem, will be preferable Project management and cross-functional coordination Strong communication skills Qualification & Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree - IT, Comp. Science, Statistics, MBA/PGDBM or a relevant field.
