JOB OVERVIEW JOB TITLE Specialist - JD Edwards HCM No.OF VACANCIES 2 LOCATION Bengaluru & Nagercoil DEPARTMENT ERP Services GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION As a Specialist, you are to lead and support Human Capital Management initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and managed services. We are looking for a highly experienced JD Edwards HCM Specialist with strong expertise in JDE HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Leave, and Time Entry, with proven experience in handling complex client requirements across multiple geographies (US, Canada, Middle East). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-end JD Edwards HCM implementations covering Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Leave, Compensation, and Time Entry modules. Provide functional support for daily production issues, enhancements, and upgrades. Design and implement solutions for payroll compliance (US/Canada legislative requirements, overtime, sick pay, accruals, certified reporting, workers compensation, etc.). Develop and validate functional specifications for customizations, interfaces, and integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ADP, Hodges-Mace, LCP Tracker, banks). Manage data migration activities from legacy systems into JDE. Conduct fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training for new implementations and upgrades. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) to ensure timely project delivery. EDUCATION & TRAINING Education: Bachelors & Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications -: Any related certifications is an added advantage Tools: JD Edwards EnterpriseOne HCM 9.2, Oracle UPK,JDE orchestrator KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience in JD Edwards Human Capital Management (HR & Payroll). Strong expertise in Core HR, Benefits, Payroll (US & Canada), Leave Administration, Time Automation, and Compensation Management. Experience in greenfield implementations, upgrades, and managed services. Hands-on experience in designing functional solutions, writing specifications, and conducting system testing. Exposure to legislative compliance in US and Canada payrolls. Strong communication skills with proven ability to work with clients across diverse geographies.
