Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive / Inside Sales Executive / Field Executive . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies (inside or field-based, as assigned). Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits (for field executives). Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support lead-generation campaigns. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT Sales 0–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, tele-sales, or field sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and handle objections confidently. Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting. Flexibility to travel for field roles.
