KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy & Planning Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion Identify growth opportunities in corporate training, leadership programs, and skill enhancement verticals Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Build and nurture relationships with HR heads, learning & development teams, and senior leadership Conduct client needs assessments and co-create training solutions aligned with their goals Sales Enablement & Partnerships Design compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations that communicate training impact Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise clients, educational institutions, and government bodies Market Intelligence & Positioning Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine offerings Study emerging trends to align training tools and methods as per client/market demand Collaboration & Impact Monitoring Work closely with internal teams (facilitators, instructional designers, program managers) to ensure seamless delivery Track ROI, client satisfaction, and training effectiveness to inform strategy QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES: Proven experience (5+ years) in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the training or education sector Strong understanding of L&D, soft skills development, and leadership frameworks Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills-able to translate technical training content into compelling value propositions High emotional intelligence, strategic mindset, and negotiation finesse Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
