**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AS400 applications with expertise in RPG, IL CLE, and RPGLE technologies. Experience in RX Claim will be an added advantage, and working on SYNON will be mandatory for this role. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting issues related to application performance, scalability, and security will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies is essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, test, and deploy AS400 applications - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver solutions - Participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices are followed - Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and security **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4+ years of strong experience in AS400 development - Expertise in RPG, IL CLE, and RPGLE technologies - Experience working with SYNON - Knowledge of RX Claim will be an added advantage (Note: Without SYNON experience, profiles will not be considered),
