5-7 years of experience in AS/400 (IBM iSeries) systems administration and operations. • Technical Skills: o Proficiency in iSeries command language (CL) and experience with job control and batch scheduling. o Strong knowledge of IBM iSeries/AS400 operating systems, hardware components, and networking. o Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. o Familiarity with system security, including user profiles, access rights, and system monitoring tools. o Experience with PTF management and OS upgrades. o Scripting and automation skills (e.g., using Control Language (CL) and other tools) are a plus. • Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Excellent communication and documentation skills. o Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
