Job Description

Production monitoring and quality

GSC AYVENS SDM will provide AS400 support from 4 AM CET to 6 PM CET and on non-working hours there will be on-call support. (There will be no 24/7 and weekend support)
Supervision and maintenance of AS/400 environments.
Job scheduling using Control-M: Configuration and management of batch processes while respecting their priorities and constraints.
Flow monitoring
IT supervision (checkpoints, production weather, etc.)
Incidents management

Business and technical projects / demands deliveries.

Management of technical and business projects (studies, monitoring, planning, implementation)
Execution of requests and service requests from the IT department or ALD business units
Ticket management using Ecaldima: Processing, resolution, and escalation of incidents.

Applications & Infrastructure operations

IT Resource Management & Agility: Organization and tools required for agility at scale
Security / BCP: Ensuring the reliability and resilience of the IT system (cyber risks, business continuity, etc.)
Job scheduling using Control-M: Configuration and management of batch processes while respecting their priorities and constraints.
Production deployment using Aldon.
Execution of requests and service requests from the IT department or ALD business units
Management of the approval and production launch of application updates or new applications
Flow (File Transfer) lifecycle and management.
IPL and refresh of AS/400 environments.
Processing of end-of-month requests.
