Job Description

Role Overview: As a Product Consultant, your role will involve various responsibilities such as pre-sales interactions, product consulting, project management, design and implementation, testing, innovation, capability building, knowledge management, and people management. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in pre-sales interactions with customers to showcase solutions and ensure technical feasibility. - Support the Product Consultant by creating case studies and solutions under guidance when required. - Analyze customer requirements, provide recommendations, and coordinate with onsite teams/clients for gathering requirements. - Create estimates for project planning and participate in deployment activities. - Prepare status reports, conduct impact analysis for change requests, and interface with quality reviewers and auditors. - Monitor design, development, and testing to ensure alignment with requirements traceability matrix. - Code for complex components, review code, and drive review meetings with customers on the design. - Create unit test cases, review test cases, and provide UAT and implementation support. - Contribute ideas for improvements, identify best practices, and document them. - Prepare guidelines, deliver training, mentor team members, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions. - Resolve conflicts, support team-building activities, provide administrative support, and identify skill gaps for training needs. - Provide input into learning and career plans, mentor team members, nominate team for awards, and conduct training and induction sessions. Qualifications Required: - Science/Engineering graduate - Must have skills in RPG/400 and RPGLE, AS400 CL, Genius, and AS/400 RPG (Note: Any additional details of the company were not present in the job description.),
