Role Overview The Administrator oversees end-to-end campus operations—daily administration, staff coordination, compliance, admissions, and policy implementation—while maintaining strong communication with faculty, students, and parents. The role also includes active oversight of expenses, budgeting support, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day school & hostel operations (transport, housekeeping, estate, security, cafeteria). Oversee admissions workflow and parent communications with accurate records and MIS reporting. Ensure regulatory & safety compliance (CISCE norms, inspections, documentation, child safeguarding). Manage procurement, inventory, and vendor contracts ; monitor expenses , assist with budgeting , and support audits. Coordinate academic administration: timetables, examinations, events, and inspections. Implement and monitor administrative policies/SOPs and service-level standards. Own ERP/data management , fee reconciliation coordination, and reporting to leadership. Build a culture of discipline, punctuality, and service among non-teaching staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration/Management or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven experience managing educational institution administration (residential school experience is a plus). Fluent in English ; basic Kannada or Telugu required for day-to-day coordination. Strong organizational, people-management, and communication skills. Hands-on with MS Office/Google Workspace and school ERP ; familiarity with basic accounts/expense tracking (e.g., Tally or similar) is an advantage. Ability to design & implement policies, SOPs, and compliance systems . Experience with budgeting/expense control and vendor negotiations is a plus. Role Overview We are looking for a committed and visionary Vice Principal to support the Principal in providing academic and administrative leadership. The Vice Principal will oversee curriculum delivery, faculty management, student discipline, and academic planning , while ensuring the school’s culture of excellence and holistic education. Key Responsibilities Assist the Principal in day-to-day school leadership, strategy, and decision-making. Supervise teaching staff : mentoring, training, performance reviews, and lesson planning oversight. Lead curriculum implementation as per CISCE (ICSE/ISC) requirements.
