Role & responsibilities Drive new business opportunities and client acquisition Manage relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers Handle technical marketing functions Maintain excellent customer rapport and negotiation skills Use ERP/SAP systems for efficient operations Report directly to the Head Manufacturing Division Performance Metrics: Monthly sales target achievements New client acquisition and retention Revenue growth from accounts Market expansion success What Were Looking For: Strong communication skills (Hindi a plus) Independent and team-oriented mindset Passion for business growth Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Ideal Age: Around 30 years Experience: 13 years in OEM/Tier 1 or Tier 2 Auto Component Industry
