Aruba WLC L1 Engineer

We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Aruba WLC L1 Engineer to become a part of our team located in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) with a minimum of 12 years of practical experience in Aruba WLC. Candidates who have experience with Cisco WLC will also be considered, offering an additional advantage. Your responsibilities will include configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Aruba WLC systems. You will be tasked with monitoring the performance of wireless networks to ensure optimal functionality. Additionally, you will play a role in deploying, upgrading, and maintaining wireless infrastructure. Collaboration with the technical team to diagnose and resolve issues related to wireless connectivity will be a crucial part of your role. It will also be necessary to maintain documentation of configurations, troubleshooting steps, and network diagrams. Providing L1 support to efficiently address and resolve client concerns will be a key aspect of the position. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience working with Aruba Wireless LAN Controllers. Knowledge of Cisco WLC will be beneficial. A basic understanding of network protocols and wireless technologies is required. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are essential.
