Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer

As an AI/ML Developer at Bigstep Technologies, you will play a crucial role in researching, designing, developing, and testing Python code to create cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the Product and Data Science teams to define core AI/ML platform features, understanding business requirements and functional specifications, as well as researching pre-trained models for real-world applications. You will need to possess strong analytical and investigative skills and maintain a keen interest in exploring new technologies at the architecture level. Your expertise will be essential in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models with a specific focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). Utilizing NLP techniques such as LangChain, LangFlow, and LLMs, you will be responsible for developing conversational chatbots and language models. It is crucial that you have experience in deploying LLM models in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as on on-premises infrastructure. Additionally, you should be able to optimize LLM models for inference speed, memory efficiency, and resource utilization effectively. Desired skills for this role include proficiency in training LLMs, implementing workflows based on Pretraining, Fine-tuning LLMs & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and optimizing pre-trained LLMs for specific use cases and domain-specific tasks. You will also be expected to develop APIs, pipelines, and frameworks for the seamless integration of LLMs into various applications, conduct performance evaluations of models, and refine them for accuracy, latency, and scalability. Moreover, preprocessing, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to train and fine-tune models will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
