Work extensively with LLMs, NLP, ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers). Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and business processes using APIs and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained AI models for specific use cases with a focus on scalability, accuracy, and performance . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Engineering, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders. Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and technologies and apply them to solve real-world problems. Build and maintain high-quality documentation and testing procedures for AI solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: 6+years of proven experience in AI development and implementation. Strong hands-on experience with: LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA) ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn NLP techniques like text classification, entity recognition, summarization RPA tools and their integration with AI Experience in designing and deploying AI-powered automation solutions . Deep understanding of model fine-tuning , prompt engineering, and inference optimization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (must-have), and optionally Java or C++.
