Article Trainee

As an Article Trainee for CA at Memane & Co, you will be responsible for supporting financial operations and gaining practical exposure to a wide range of finance and accounting functions. You will play a key role in assisting with outsourced accounting functions, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and monthly closing processes for clients. Your role will involve participating in the preparation of management reports, cash flow analysis, and financial dashboards to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. In addition, you will be involved in monitoring customer invoicing, collections, and credit control to optimize cash flow. You will assist in cash flow forecasting, fund management, and bank reconciliations, as well as supporting in managing direct and indirect tax compliances such as GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns. Ensuring compliance with regulatory filings and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and other labor laws, will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will contribute to implementing and maintaining internal controls to improve financial accuracy and efficiency. Your role will involve participating in process automation initiatives and optimization strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. This position is ideal for candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate and are looking to gain hands-on experience in financial outsourcing and process optimization.
