Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Arthroscopy Scrubber with hands-on experience in assisting orthopaedic surgeries—especially arthroscopy procedures. A candidate with a normal educational qualification but excellent surgical support skills will be ideal for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons in arthroscopy surgeries as a scrub professional

• Handle arthroscopy camera systems, shavers, towers, and other instruments confidently

• Maintain instrument readiness and strict sterilization standards

• Support OT team in ensuring a smooth and sterile surgical environment

• Track and manage surgical sets and instruments post-operation

Requirements:

• Basic qualification (10+2 / Diploma / Degree in Paramedical, Lab Tech, Nursing, or similar fields)

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Arthroscopy OT experience

• Familiarity with OT protocols, equipment, and sterilization

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
