Role Overview: You will be the Art Teacher at Podar Education Network, responsible for nurturing creativity and promoting visual literacy among students in locations such as Mysuru, Hassan, Mangaluru, and Shimoga. Your role includes expertise in Fine Art, artistic skills, proficiency in Drawing, Curriculum Design, Visual Literacy, and Presentation Skills to create an engaging and supportive educational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a creative and comprehensive art curriculum to enhance students" artistic skills. - Conduct engaging art classes covering various techniques like drawing, painting, and mixed media. - Evaluate and provide constructive feedback on student artworks to enhance their abilities. - Organize art exhibitions and events to showcase student work and promote art within the school community. - Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate art across different subjects and enhance the learning experience. - Stay updated on contemporary art trends and incorporate innovative art forms into the classroom. - Maintain art supplies inventory and ensure a well-organized and resourceful art studio space. - Encourage students to participate in local, national, and international art competitions for broader exposure. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 4 to maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience in art education. - Expertise in Fine Art, with a proven track record in creating compelling art projects. - Capability as an artist to demonstrate creative techniques and mentor developing talents. - Proficiency in Drawing with an emphasis on enhancing students" expression and technique. - Curriculum Design skills to align art lessons with educational objectives and innovative teaching methods. - Strong Visual Literacy skills to help students understand and analyze visual media critically. - Excellent Presentation Skills to effectively communicate concepts and engage students in interactive learning. - Ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging artistic exploration and growth.,
