Art Sales

You will be working as a Gallery Assistant at Rigveda Art Gallery in Mumbai on a full-time basis. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, establish and nurture customer relationships, and showcase art pieces to potential buyers. Meeting sales targets, facilitating sales transactions, delivering personalized customer service, and providing training to new sales team members will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in devising and implementing sales strategies to contribute to the gallery's overall sales management. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a knack for sales with expertise in closing deals. Previous experience in training new sales staff and managing sales operations will be advantageous. A passion for art, a comprehensive understanding of the art industry, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Art History, or a related field are essential requirements for this position.
