Art Manager

As an Art Manager for Mobile Games at Games2win World, you will be responsible for directing stunning graphics for various aspects of our mobile games, including in-game graphics & 2D assets, App Store icons, screenshots, & feature graphics, cross-promotion images, and Facebook/Google Ads graphics. You will collaborate closely with the ASO team to provide a constant stream of graphics for their ASO experiments and strategies. Additionally, you will work with Product Managers to plan & identify graphic requirements for upcoming game updates or new launches. Your role will involve leading, growing, and mentoring a team of Graphic Designers, providing creative direction, and ensuring a unified vision is maintained while maintaining high-quality standards through effective art reviews. Your responsibilities will include: - Directing stunning graphics for all aspects of mobile games - Collaborating with the ASO team for graphics supply - Planning & identifying graphic requirements with Product Managers - Leading, growing, and mentoring a team of Graphic Designers - Ensuring a unified vision is maintained and providing feedback for quality assurance - Staying updated on the latest game art techniques and technologies To excel in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of Designing experience, with at least 3 years of managing junior designers & artists - Minimum of two titles shipped as Art Manager - Proficiency in designing graphics for mobile games - Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work within tight deadlines while delivering high quality - Self-starter capabilities and team management skills - Curiosity, creativity, and a strong online portfolio showcasing visual design examples - Extensive knowledge of game industry trends, free-to-play mechanics, and game systems - Knowledge of Unity will be an added advantage As for your background, you should ideally be a graduate from a reputed institute with an Art School background preferred.
