Art Manager

As an Art Manager for Mobile Games at Games2win World, your role involves directing stunning graphics for all aspects of our mobile games, including in-game graphics & 2D assets, App Store icons, screenshots, & feature graphics, cross-promotion images, and Facebook/Google Ads graphics. You will collaborate closely with the ASO team, providing them with a constant stream of graphics for their ASO experiments and strategies. Additionally, you will work alongside Product Managers to plan and identify graphic requirements for upcoming game updates or new launches. Your responsibilities also include leading, growing, and mentoring a team of Graphic Designers, providing creative direction, reviewing their work, and ensuring the highest quality expectations are met. As an active mentor and role model, you will maintain morale, foster creativity, and enthusiasm within the art team. Keeping abreast of the latest advances in game art technique and technology is essential, along with maintaining a keen eye for perfection to ensure top-notch art quality. Key Responsibilities: - Direct stunning graphics for all aspects of mobile games - Collaborate with ASO team for graphics needs - Work with Product Managers to plan graphic requirements - Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Graphic Designers - Drive creation of art and maintain a unified vision - Review designers" work and provide feedback for quality assurance - Be an active mentor and role model for the art team - Stay updated on the latest game art technique and technology trends - Maintain high-quality art standards with effective reviews To excel in this role, you should possess: - 8+ years of designing experience with 3 years in managing junior designers & artists - Shipped at least two titles as an Art Manager - Proficiency in designing graphics for mobile games - Excellent sense of color combinations, gaming knowledge, and visual aesthetic - Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work within tight deadlines and deliver high quality - Self-starter capable of managing team tasks and deliverables - Curiosity, creativity, and openness to new ideas - Exceptional online portfolio showcasing visual design and graphic work - Extensive knowledge of game industry trends, free-to-play mechanics, UX, and game systems - Unity knowledge is an added advantage Qualification Required: - Graduate from a reputed institute - Art School background preferred Games2win is a leading global mobile games publisher with over 500 million downloads and 10 million monthly active players.
