Role & responsibilities

Lead and define the overall visual and creative direction of the brand and projects
Conceptualize and develop creative ideas, themes, and visual strategies
Ensure brand consistency across all design materials (digital, print, social media, campaigns)
Review, refine, and approve designs before final production
Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to align visuals with business goals
