Art & Craft Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Art & Craft Teacher to inspire and nurture the artistic talents of our students. The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in various art forms, encouraging creativity, self-expression, and a love for the visual arts in a school environment that values holistic education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver structured Art & Craft lessons for students from Kindergarten to Middle/High School.
• Introduce students to a wide range of artistic techniques including drawing, painting, paper crafts, clay modeling, and other visual arts.
• Design seasonal, festival-based, and theme-based art projects that align with school events and celebrations.
• Organize and display student artwork around the school campus.
• Prepare students for inter-school and intra-school art competitions.
• Maintain an inventory of art supplies and ensure they are used effectively and safely.
• Collaborate with class and subject teachers for integration of art in academics.
• Lead or assist in school decoration, event backdrops, and stage setups.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Design or related field.
• Certification in Art & Craft education is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in teaching Art & Craft at a school level (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of materials, art techniques, and classroom management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
