Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound voice processes, or telesales, ideally within the EdTech or eLearning space. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with a clear and neutral accent. ● Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation and sales targets. ● Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools for lead management. ● Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build trust and rapport with prospective clients. ● Resilience: High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and adaptability to challenges. ● Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
