Locations: Coimbatore Job Description: COB OSC PIC-1 Replacement 1. Work closely with the Operations Support Centre (OSC) team to ensure the smooth functioning of the Critical Operations Bridge (COB) activities. 2. Act as the point of contact for all COB related issues and escalations, and ensure timely resolution of incidents. 3. Coordinate with the Incident Management team to track and monitor the progress of critical incidents and outages, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 4. Collaborate with the Problem Management team to proactively identify and address recurring issues affecting the COB operations. 5. Assist in the preparation and delivery of COB reports, including incident trends, impact analysis, and recommendations for improvement. 6. Participate in COB meetings and provide input on process improvements and operational efficiency. 7. Serve as a backup for the Primary Incident Coordinator (PIC-2) and perform their duties in the event of their absence. 8. Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry best practices for incident and problem management. 9. Act as a mentor to junior team members and provide guidance on COB and OSC processes and protocols. 10. Continuously monitor and review the COB and OSC processes, and propose enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
