As we prepare to scale, we are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support our store operations, inventory management, and logistics execution. Job Summary: The Amazon Store Operations & Logistics Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring seamless daily store operations, supporting logistics and dispatch, and representing the company at on-ground ac vi es including overseas supplier engagement. This role requires a hands-on, proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work across digital systems and physical supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Amazon Store Operations Maintain accurate inventory records across receipts, dispatches, and adjustments using Zoho Inventory Management Software. Track all incoming goods and manage complete documenta on for inbound shipments. Process and manage return entries and carry out periodic stock reconciliations. Coordinate with Amazon PPC and store optimization partners for inventory accuracy and campaign readiness. Prepare and upload listings for new products, ensuring compliance with Amazon guidelines and listing health. Identify and recommend new products based on trends, customer demand, and market gaps. Monitor stock availability across SKUs and coordinate restocking efforts. Analyse sales patterns and forecast inventory needs to ensure op mal stock levels. Track and manage product pricing, competitor benchmarking, and profit margins. Optimize product listings using relevant keywords, SEO techniques, and A+ content. Monitor and act on Seller Central metrics (Buy Box, suppressed listings, account health, etc.). Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and manage lead times. Document and update SOPs for inventory and store operations to streamline future scaling. Coordinate Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) shipments where applicable. Monitor customer reviews and coordinate feedback-based improvement plans. Operational & On-Ground Support Collect and deliver important shipping, customs, or compliance documents as required. Be physically present during container stuffing to supervise labeling, loading, and handling as per export standards. Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse staff for timely dispatch and packaging. Assist with stock audits and QC checks at warehouse facilities as needed. Visit overseas supplier factories to conduct quality inspections, assess operations, and build strong vendor relationships. Maintain records of shipments, dispatch documenta on, and handovers for audit trail. Resolve last-mile delivery issues in coordination with logistics providers. Monitor and manage availability of packaging materials and dispatch readiness. Sales Support & Email Outreach Execute pre-approved email campaigns to global importer and B2B prospect databases using standard outreach tools or templates. Maintain a structured and regularly updated outreach log to track sent emails, follow-ups, and response timelines. Promptly notify senior team members upon receiving queries or replies from potential importers or clients to ensure timely engagement. Assist in preparing supporting documents such as product catalogues, pricing sheets, and introductory profiles as needed during prospect conversations. Provide basic coordination support for client queries, sample requests, or initial onboarding communication. Ensure all outreach activity complies with brand tone, content accuracy, and data protection norms. Requirements Basic training on Zoho Inventory, Amazon Seller Central, and internal processes will be provided by the company. Good communication skills in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. Must be open to local and international travel for operations, documenta on, or supplier visits. Should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to maintain accurate records and reports. Must be comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets, and basic email and communication tools. Work Environment & Tools: Tools : Amazon Seller Central, Zoho Inventory, Helium 10, Google Sheets, email tools. Location : Hybrid mix of office work, warehouse presence, and on-ground support as needed. Working Days : 5-day workweek; Saturday availability may be required occasionally. Travel : Local and international, based on operational or shipment needs.
