Experience in handling General Trade vertical (Retail only and local modern trade stores) Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
