Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Generate and convert leads from corporate, institutional, and retail clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, tenders, and client follow-ups.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in and around Thanjavur.
  • Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.
  • Conduct periodic training, reviews, and motivation sessions for the sales team.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English).
  • Strong background in IT hardware, software, or CCTV product sales.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and drive a sales team toward goals.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Local market knowledge in Thanjavur and surrounding districts is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
