Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, sales forecasting reports, and sales pipeline. You will then monitor our sales performance with the goal of expanding our company's market share. Your collaborative nature and will help you succeed when coordinating with external distributors and internal sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

? Engage potential customers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available

properties and convert them into buyers.

? Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property

options, and encourage on-site visits.

? Negotiate deals between clients, ensuring a win-win agreement.

? Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and generating referral business.

? Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to offer a complete home-buying experience.

? Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

? Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

? Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a similar domain.

? Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

? Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

? Good local market knowledge.

? Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.

? Own a vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred).

? Fluency in English, Hindi, and a local language.

? Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
