Area Sales Manager - Personal and Business Loan

Job Description

Own the sales target and disbursal performance for Personal Loans and Business Loans in your area Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives and Relationship Officers Generate loan leads through field activity, digital campaigns, and channel partner onboarding Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for product alignment, login, and disbursal support Monitor TAT, login-to-disbursal ratios , and quality of files submitted Create and drive local campaigns, incentive plans, and productivity tools Maintain accurate MIS, reports , and daily dashboards for team performance Ensure adherence to company policy, compliance, and fair practices Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve turnaround Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 17/06/2025
