• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Manage existing client relationships and acquire new customers
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and understand customer requirements
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide timely reports and market feedback to the management
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–5 years in core B2B sales, Freshers with MBA will be considered
• Candidates with experience in the Plywood, PVC, or WPC industry will be given preference
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
