Area Sales Manager- Hubli, Farm Repl.

As a Sales & Business Development professional at Goodyear, you will play a crucial role in achieving business objectives in your designated sales territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving Monthly Volume / POS Targets, focusing on 16" & above in GY and 14" & above in Kelly tires. - Appointing new dealers, onboarding new BROs, and increasing market share. - Planning, executing, and reporting on sales activities within your assigned area. - Monitoring sales performance against targets and implementing necessary actions. - Adhering to the Beat Plan & PJP for efficient sales operations. - Providing feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. - Delivering on AOP targets including Volume, product mix, Channel activation & expansion. In terms of Relationship Management, you will be responsible for: - Maintaining strong relationships with key dealers (BRO/MBR). - Supporting dealers with order placement, timely collections, and stepping in when needed. - Cooperating with other departments for effective service solutions. Your role will also involve Reporting & Analysis, where you will: - Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports. - Deliver progress reports and recommend improvements for marketplace strategies.
