Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Dhanbad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and enhancing sales performance. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales targets, analyzing sales data, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Ability to analyze sales data and conduct market research
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
