Role & responsibilities : Interaction with key clients to make them understand our services, deliverables and other such details. Manage the conversion of prospective customers into leads and eventually into sales by team members ensuring that team maintains excellent relationship with prospects, leads & customers Setting monthly targets for team members. Ensuring that the team meets monthly sales targets in terms of both revenue generation and collections Ensuring a well-motivated and highly productive sales team in assigned territory Monitoring and reporting early indicators of team performance and sales achievements Preferred candidate profile : Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: Graduation/MBA Prior Experience/Background: Diagnostics preferred
