Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and generate new business opportunities through industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors and professional networks.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Generate leads for ETP, STP, WTP, ZLD and other industrial infrastructure projects.

2. Sales & Client Management

Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
Conduct client meetings, understand technical requirements and coordinate with engineering teams.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

3. Market Development

Identify new business opportunities across industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Build strategic partnerships with consultants, contractors and industrial associations.
Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, trade fairs and industry events.

4. CRM & Reporting

Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines and CRM records.
Track leads, quotations, follow-ups and order conversions.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and sales forecasts.

5. Travel & Client Engagement

Travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, consultant interactions and business development activities.
Willingness to travel up to 75% as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
