Job Overview

Onestop Retail Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-driven Area Sales Manager to drive General Trade sales and expand its distribution network across Bengaluru and Karnataka.

Candidates with experience in Kitchen Appliances, Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), Kitchenware, Cookware, Consumer Durables, and Household Products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary and secondary sales of kitchen appliances and household products.
• Develop and manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and retail outlets.
• Expand General Trade distribution and appoint new channel partners.
• Promote products such as mixer grinders, induction cooktops, electric kettles, rice cookers, pressure cookers, cookware, kitchen storage products, and other small kitchen appliances.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Monitor sales targets, stock movement, billing, collections, and distributor performance.
• Execute trade schemes, product promotions, merchandising, and retail visibility activities.
• Track competitor brands, product pricing, and market trends.
• Conduct regular market visits and submit sales reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• 3–10 years of experience in General Trade (GT) / Channel Sales.
• Experience in Kitchen Appliances, Small Domestic Appliances (SDA), Kitchenware, Cookware, Consumer Durables, or Household Products is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of primary sales, secondary sales, distributor management, and dealer development.
• Established distributor, dealer, and retailer network in Bengaluru/Karnataka.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
