Job Overview

3D Car Care India is looking for experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Managers / State Sales Managers to drive sales, develop dealer networks and expand business across their assigned regions.

The ideal candidates should have strong field sales experience, preferably in the automobile accessories industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with automobile accessory dealers, retailers, distributors and car detailing centres.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
• Conduct regular market visits and generate new business leads.
• Promote and sell DD Audio and other car accessories products.
• Build and manage a strong dealer and distributor network.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
• Follow up with clients, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market feedback with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Preference for candidates from the Automobile Accessories Industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealer and distributor networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage an assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Strong market development and business acquisition skills.
