Job Description

The Business Manager position requires 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing. The role is focused on Business Development and Marketing in the Manufacturing industry of Biodiesel from Liquid Waste (Used Cooking Oil). As a Sales Manager, the key responsibilities include generating leads through various channels, conducting fieldwork to acquire new vendors, and liaising with the Sales Team for smooth functioning. Key skills for this role include New Business Development, Concept Sales, New Client Acquisition, and Training the Vendors. The desired candidate should possess good communication & interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local language, be proactive, self-motivated, adept at relationship building, and a good team leader. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. The job type is Full-time with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
