Qualifications

Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in using sales data, preparing reports, and drawing insights for strategy improvement.
Candidates should possess knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing practices, local healthcare market dynamics, and basic regulatory and compliance requirements.
Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field) and prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales at a front-line or managerial level.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools, a valid driver’s license for field travel, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
