Job Description

we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Business Manager to develop and manage its two-wheeler insurance and Roadside Assistance (RSA)

The candidate will be responsible for dealership onboarding, business development, dealer relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop two-wheeler insurance and RSA business through authorized dealerships.
Identify and onboard new two-wheeler dealerships.
Maintain strong relationships with dealership owners and sales teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Conduct regular dealer visits and business meetings.
Monitor dealership performance and identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and operational support.
Resolve dealer queries and ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in automobile sales, two-wheeler OEM, dealership management, or business development.
Experience handling dealer networks is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong sales and target-achievement capabilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of motor insurance and RSA products will be an advantage.
