Job Summary

Nowra Appliances Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to grow sales of its table-top wet grinders across Chennai. The ideal candidate will build strong dealer and distributor relationships, expand market reach, and help the company achieve its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans for the Chennai market.
Appoint, support, and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
Identify new business opportunities and expand product availability.
Visit retail outlets and markets to promote the product and track sales.
Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback, and local market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams on stock, promotions, and customer support.
Prepare regular sales reports and work toward monthly and annual targets.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer durables.
Experience managing dealer or distributor networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.
A degree or relevant sales experience is preferred.
