We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to find new customers, build relationships and close deals. You will own the sales process from the first enquiry to the signed order. You will also help keep customers with us over the long term.
Key responsibilities:
> Generate leads through field sales, emails, social media, referrals, events and networking.
> Qualify leads, understand each customer's needs and recommend the right product or service.
> Run product demos and presentations, in person or online.
> Prepare and send proposals and quotations, negotiate terms and close deals.
> Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
> Maintain relationships with existing customers, and look for repeat orders and referrals.
> Required qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any discipline (a B Tech, BBA, B.Com or MBA is a plus).
> 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing work. Strong freshers will also be considered.
> Excellent spoken and written communication in English and [Hindi / local language].
> Confidence in handling objections and negotiating.
> Comfortable with targets and with working under pressure.
> Comfort with WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email outreach.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
