Area Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the vehicle sales process by ensuring the smooth movement, inspection, preparation, and delivery of vehicles to customers and dealers. The role requires effective coordination with the sales team, service center, and dealers to ensure vehicles are maintained, available for inspection, and delivered in excellent condition while providing a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist customers and dealers by escorting them to the vehicle storage yard for vehicle inspections.

· Demonstrate and present available vehicles to customers and dealers based on their requirements.

· Coordinate the movement of vehicles between the office, vehicle yard, and service center as required.

· Ensure vehicles are sent to the service center for scheduled maintenance, repairs, or quality checks.

· Collect serviced vehicles from the service center and verify that repairs and maintenance have been completed satisfactorily.

· Prepare and arrange vehicles for timely delivery to customers and dealers after the completion of sales.

· Ensure all documentation and delivery formalities are completed before vehicle release.

· Coordinate the dispatch of sold vehicles to dealer locations as per delivery schedules.

· Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and meet quality standards.

· Maintain close coordination with the sales team, service center, logistics personnel, and dealers to ensure efficient workflow and timely deliveries.

· Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, delivery status, and handover activities.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures during vehicle handling.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
