Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic, emotionally intelligent Sales Executive to champion our offline retail presence. This role blends relationship-building, brand storytelling, and strategic sales execution to drive in-store conversions, expand our retail footprint, and create memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive offline sales across retail outlets, pop-ups, and partner stores
• Build strong relationships with store managers, staff, and local influencers
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand aesthetics and seasonal campaigns
• Educate customers on product features, fit, and brand philosophy
• Collect feedback and insights to refine in-store strategies and customer experience
• Support activations, festive campaigns, and community engagement events
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics

Who You Are

• A confident communicator with a flair for storytelling and customer psychology
• Passionate about fashion, comfort, and empowering design
• Energetic, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments
• Emotionally intelligent and culturally aware, with a warm, inclusive approach
• Fluent in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are a plus
• Prior experience in fashion retail, lifestyle brands, or customer-facing roles preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
