Job Title: Area Sales Executive

Location: Nangal, Punjab
CTC: Up to 3.15 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new sales partners from the local market.
• Train and support the sales team to drive consistent performance.
• Guide team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team activities, conduct regular reviews, and provide strategic direction.
• Build strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, licensing, and activation of new partners.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI or related domain preferred).
• Strong local market knowledge of Nangal and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication, team handling, and leadership skills.
