• Glass & Surface Cleaner

We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented Field Sales Executive to help establish and expand our retail and wholesale distribution network, starting with Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail & Wholesale Sales

• Visit retail stores, wholesalers, and potential distribution partners regularly to introduce and sell Klynio products.
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets and wholesale partners.
• Generate sales orders and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
• Drive repeat orders from existing customers.

2. Market Development & Expansion

• Identify high-potential markets, retail clusters, and wholesale hubs.
• Develop and expand Klynio's general trade distribution network.
• Increase product availability and visibility across assigned territories.
• Identify potential distributors and support the development of new distribution channels.

3. Payment Collection & Account Management

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and customer outstanding balances.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and payment reconciliation.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

• Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, retailer margins, and market activity.
• Gather retailer feedback on products, pricing, packaging, and customer demand.
• Maintain daily records of store visits, new retailer onboarding, orders, and collections.
• Submit regular sales and market development reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 1.5-3.5 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, home cleaning, household care, or related categories.
• Prior experience selling to retailers, wholesalers, or distributors.
• Good understanding of general trade sales and local retail markets in Delhi NCR.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently plan market visits, generate orders, and achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily travel.
• Basic proficiency in WhatsApp, Excel, or mobile-based sales reporting.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
