About us
Befared India is the Indian company of the Befared SA group of Poland. We supply worm, helical, planetary, hypoid and inline gearboxes and geared motors, from our Ambernath factory. We also design custom gearboxes for applications that standard units can’t serve. Our customers are machine builders (OEMs) and end users across Indian industry and abroad.

The role
You will grow gearbox sales in your territory. That means finding new customers, turning enquiries into orders and looking after the accounts you win. You will work closely with our design team on special applications.

What you will do

• Find and visit OEMs, machine builders, plant maintenance teams and dealers in Mumbai, Thane, Pune and nearby industrial belts.
• Understand each customer’s application (load, speed, ratio, mounting, duty) and propose the right gearbox, with our engineers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up, negotiate and close orders. Make sure advance payments and receivables come in on time.
• Keep every visit, enquiry and follow-up up to date in our in-house ERP.
• Build and support a dealer network in your region.
• Meet monthly targets for enquiries, orders and collections.

What we are looking for

• 2–4 years of B2B sales of industrial products. Experience selling gearboxes, geared motors, motors or power-transmission products is strongly preferred.
• A Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a graduate with solid technical sales experience.
• Confident on the phone and face to face, in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Comfortable travelling in the field. A two-wheeler and a driving licence are preferred.
• Self-driven, target-minded and honest with numbers.

What we offer
₹30,000 – ₹40,000 a month depending on experience, plus travel reimbursement. You get real product training with a growing international brand, and a direct line to management.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
