Zorba Estates is a real estate company that helps clients rent, buy and sell residential and commercial properties. We work closely with our clients from the first enquiry to the final deal, and we are looking for people who enjoy talking to clients and getting things done.

Responsibilities

- Talk to clients and gather their requirements in detail

- Understand what each client is looking for, whether they want to rent, buy or sell

- Stay in regular contact with clients and keep them updated

- Work with the internal team to find and shortlist the best matching properties

- Work closely with clients, answer their property queries and guide them through their options

- Show suitable properties and arrange site visits

- Support clients during property onboarding

- Negotiate and close deals successfully

- Follow up regularly and record every client requirement in the company database

Eligibility

- Any degree

- A two-wheeler is mandatory, as the role involves site visits

- Good communication and people skills

- Confident, polite and able to build trust with clients

- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru localities is a plus

- Freshers who are willing to learn are welcome

Salary & Benefits

- Fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month, decided by your interview performance, skills and knowledge
